Good morning on this wishy-washy Wednesday. The erratic weather of the past few days has left us clothing-confused. Just when it seemed as though it was time for short sleeves and linen, we’re back to commuting in coats and fleece. Once again, it’s going to be chilly in the morning — in the 40s and breezy as you leave for work — and while the sun will peek out here and there, today’s high won’t top 57. So when can we expect it to be routinely warm in New York again? Dear Diary: I was driving on West End Avenue one day after a snowstorm. I was looking for a parking spot amid the mounds of snow and buried cars. I was driving slowly because of the ice, so it was no surprise when the taxi driver behind me began to honk his horn. When I stopped at the next light, a Vespa pulled up beside me. I turned to see a young woman, stylishly bundled up, gesticulating at me and pointing her finger with great urgency. I opened my window so I could hear her. “You are a very bad, bad, bad, bad, bad driver,” she said, yelling with rising anger. “You are horrible, just horrible.
